Driving user engagement for Biosphere 2 through audience segmenting and targeted social media campaign.
As a unique destination in the southwest, Biosphere 2 was looking for a way to reach beyond the local community and attract more public interest that would translate to more visits to the facility.
Our tailored approach involved the creation of landing page designs segmented by three main audiences. Stake holder interviews were conducted to identify key visitor personas: families, educators and affluent couples. The landing page content and photography was then customized to speak to each individual audience. The landing page designs were served via targetted Facebook ads and they included CTAs buttons that redirected users to Biosphere 2’s ticket sales vendor.
